Gita Saraydarian is the Founder and President of TSG Foundation and TSG University. She has established a worldwide audience as a lecturer and teacher of the Wisdom Teachings. As an educator of progressive ideas, transformation and goodwill, Gita writes and speaks on a range of topics that show contemporary life issues through the prism of the Ageless Wisdom Teachings.
Her family life was filled with the ideas, belief systems, and peoples of different religions, cultures, and languages. This included Christians of all denominations, Muslims and Sufis, further enriched by the teachings of Buddhism and Hinduism, as well as the Ageless Wisdom Teachings of Blavatsky, Bailey, and Agni Yoga.
Gita’s educational background includes a Master of Arts degree in Law and Diplomacy; a Master of Arts degree in History; and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cultural Anthropology and Linguistics. She also taught and studied in Taiwan. Gita’s multi-disciplinary academic training, travels and studies abroad combined with her family background give a cross-cultural quality to her entire philosophy, approach to life, and her approach to the Teaching.
Gita has been imbued with the principles of the Ageless Wisdom teachings from a young age. Her father, Torkom Saraydarian, was a renowned scholar and teacher of comparative religions and philosophy. Her mother is a deeply spiritual person whose life has demonstrated selfless sacrifice to her family and community as she raised and educated her five children.
Inspired by her love of the spiritual Teachings, Gita founded TSG Publishing Foundation in 1987 for the purpose of publishing Torkom Saraydarian's books. The work expanded to include seminars, weekly classes, workshops, meditation and spiritual training programs. She is also an ordained Minister in the Ageless Wisdom tradition.
Gita has been teaching the Ageless Wisdom since 1984. . In 1994, she moved to Arizona where her TSG Center is at present. She has presented hundreds of courses on a broad range of topics to many American and International audiences. She currently presides over the work of TSG Foundation and TSG University, which enjoys a world-wide connection of spiritual seekers. She continues to publish Torkom’s books, and manages all copyright and translation activities.
